Just in time for holiday gift giving, Slow Food O’ahu will be offering a Seasoned Salt Making Workshop on December 9th with Master Preserver, Terri Langley. Join us for this fun and creative workshop to learn how to make your own flavor infused salts. We will be using local pa’a’kai (sea salt), organic herbs and citrus to create one-of-a-kind treasures! Participants will sample different seasoned salt combinations before getting to create their own original creation! This workshop is perfect for the whole ohana, and kids are welcome. Each ticketed participant will make and take home 3 jars of your pa’a’kai creations, complete with gift tags and ready to give as makana in this holiday season. Slow Food Members enjoy special ticket pricing on this and other workshops and events.
