Cost: $40 CFS/Slow Food Members or $45 Non-Members
Slow Food is the first special guest for our Demo Dinner Series to be held 3/18 and we will be making Gumbo. There will be a short demo on how to make the dish and then we will enjoy it. A light first course and dessert will be provided. $40 for CSF/SlowFood members $45 for general public. BYOB. Held at Kaimuki Superette. The next one is scheduled for 4/15 and we will have Ocean Friendly Restaurants/Surfrider as our guests and will be making Sushi. This is the week before Earth Day so we will be focusing on what everyone can do to be more sustainable year-round.
